Road 6E2 cats eye tube driver kit. The socket is connected to the main board with a flying lead. The wiring is simple and it is more convenient to use. The new design of the board minimizes the space occupied by the machine.
1. The audio input signal amplitude can be adjusted by VR1 and VR3 to change the input signal amplitude
2. This kit is not a pre-stage and has no power amplification effect. It just uses a fluorescent column to show the changes in the amplitude of the audio signal, so that the audio signal is changed from hearing to visual (visual effect)
3. Due to the inconsistency of the parameters of the two tubes due to the individual differences of the 6E2 tubes, the fluorescence heights of the two tubes are not the same after lighting, so two trimming resistors VR2 and VR4 are set on the driver board to adjust the fluorescence height of the left and right tubes to achieve the fluorescence of the two tubes. Highly consistent effect
4. Tube socket wiring: The socket pins have been soldered with extension wires and connected to the corresponding terminal numbers of the driver board according to the color of the lead wires (a wiring instruction is attached to the delivery)
5. The tube base adopts the universal small nine-pin electronic tube ceramic tube base. The front mounting hole distance is 28mm, and the panel opening is 18mm.
6. PCBA wiring: ainR/ainL: left and right channel audio signal input
G: Ground
250V: (DC)
Connect the port (6E2 tube signal injection needle) to the first pin of the socket
Connect the cathode, the ground pin of the tube, and take the third pin of the socket
Connected to the control grid, used to measure the fluorescent height of the tube, the seventh base of the socket
Connect the anode, the power pin of the 6E2 tube, take the 8th pin
Pins 4 and 5 of the header connector are filament power pins (6.3V power supply)
Note: Two electronic tubes are connected in parallel with the 6.3V power supply!
Connect two filaments in series to get 12V power!
Note 2: The 100K position of the welding resistance of the DIY kit must be 120K.
The 12V DC drive version kit includes:
1: DC-DC booster board: 1 piece (DC 12V boosted to 250V adjustable)
2: Dual 6E2 driver board: 1 piece
3: 6E2 tube: 2 pcs
4: Tube socket (with extension lead): 2
5: Power supply: (adapter self-provided 12V2A)
DC 12V (After the two filaments are connected in series, they share 12V power with the booster board)
