is mainly used in a variety of surface grinding  machine, tool grinding machine as a workpiece positioning  processing.This magnetic lifter is made with neodymium magnets which are  used for lifting steel sheets, blocks, rods, cylinders and other  magnetic materials. The handle on the magnet features a lock-on/lock-off  mechanism that requires the operator to manually switch between the two  states. It requires no electricity. We used advanced N45 Magnet  Material with safety factor of 3.5 to provide superstrong magnetism for  you, and its max pulling power equals to 450kg/ 992lbs, while most of  our competitors use N40/N42 magnet material whose safety factor is  between 2 to 2.5. Our N45 Magnet is stronger, lasts longer and can  attach rough  surface. Each item must be tested qualified before they  are sent out of the factory. We guarantee you a safer and more efficient  working environment.

Method of use：
Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the wrench into  the shaft hole to turn clockwise180°, the workpiece can be sucked for  processing.
The workpiece is completed, the wrench can be inserted into the shaft  hole to turn counterclockwise 180 °, you can remove the workpiece
Maintenance：
Sucker should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratching the surface,  after using, the surface should be coated with oil to prevent corrosion.
Use of ambient temperature: -40 ℃ -50 ℃.
Do not knock, to prevent magnetic reduction.

Note：
Please clean the surface of the steel  sheet before using it.
Prohibit standing under the steel sheet when  the steel sheet is lifted.
Please do not control the handle when there is  no any steel sheet under the magnetic lifter.
There are more magnets in our magnetic  lifter, so the magnetism is stronger.
