Shaker is completely dismantled down to the inner frame
·
All parts are cleaned of paint splatter and buildup.
·
All panels and parts are refinished with Sherwin Williams Industrial grade enamel.
·
Reassembled starting with the outer and inner frame.
·
NEW
Flange Bearings installed.
·
NEW
Shock Springs – Strut and Pilot Pins replaced as needed.
·
Crank Assembly and Pillar Block Bearings checked and replaced as needed to meet factory specifications.
·
Crank Main Drive Motor Amp Load tested and Bearings checked.
·
Platen Lead Screws checked and lubricated.
·
Swivel Rods checked and replaced as needed.
·
Dc Motor and Gear Box checked and voltage draw tested

NEW
wiring to Dc Motor and Main Crank Motor.
·
Switches and Buttons tested and replaced with
NEW
as needed.
·
Pc Panel Control Board tested to factory specifications. Replacement is available, if needed, for extra cost.

Clear Plexiglas Door installed.

labels installed.

Leveling Feet installed.

Shaker is tested using 5 and 1 gallon containers for at least 25 cycles.
