    Description

    This vintage bimetallic token is from Ocean Front (Santa Monica), California.  The two sides have the same wording -
    GOOD FOR MDSE. ONLY  TOKYO HEART'S  OCEAN FRONT   5 POINT TOKEN
    .  One side has the mark of the token manufacturer (although very weak), the Los Angeles Rubber Stamp Company.  The diameter i
    s approximately 38 mm (1-1/2").  The brass portion was produced with a gilt surface that partially remains.
    This token is in very fine condition, with very light actual wear, signs of handling, toning, and some soiling.
    The illustrations in this listing are photos of the actual item being offered for sale, serving as part of the description.  NOTE:  The reddish areas in the second photo are brownish toning on the actual token.
